Automotive Reveal — Private Hangar Environment

Overview
Vehicle unveiling for 200 guests inside a private aviation hangar. Engineered fabric structures creating nested reveal chambers, precision-programmed lighting sequences timed to a 12-minute presentation, and a 90-foot draped approach corridor with atmospheric shifts calibrated to build anticipation. Full scenic designed and rendered in Vectorworks — no material cut until client sign-off on the complete 3D walkthrough.
Mandate
Engineer a spatial sequence that treats the vehicle reveal as a theatrical event. Guests must move through a controlled atmospheric journey — from arrival through anticipation to reveal — where every surface, light state, and fabric movement serves the single moment of unveiling.

Execution Scope
- Full Vectorworks scenic design — 3D walkthrough model with lighting states and atmospheric annotation
- Approach corridor fabrication — 90-foot draped structure with progressive atmospheric zones
- Nested reveal chamber engineering — fabric walls with synchronized drop mechanism
- Precision lighting sequence programming — 12-minute show with 47 cue states
- Atmospheric systems — haze, temperature modulation, and scent integration across three zones
- Vehicle pedestal engineering — rotating platform with integrated up-lighting
- Guest flow management infrastructure — controlled pacing through approach sequence
- Full scenic strike within 6-hour hangar restoration window

Constraints
- Aviation hangar with no existing theatrical infrastructure — all systems brought in
- Vehicle security requiring scenic to conceal product from all angles until programmed reveal moment
- Fabric drop mechanism requiring silent, reliable deployment — zero tolerance for mechanical failure during reveal
- Hangar acoustics (hard surfaces, 40-foot ceilings) requiring fabric-based sound management
- 200-guest capacity requiring individual pacing through approach corridor without queuing
- Hangar restoration window of 6 hours — all scenic, lighting, and atmospheric systems out
S.I.C. Notes
Systems
Hangar infrastructure (power distribution, rigging points) installed 48 hours prior. Scenic build sequenced from approach corridor inward to reveal chamber. Vehicle loaded last through secondary access.
Intelligence
Hangar surveyed with full dimensional and acoustic modeling. Fabric quantities calculated with 15% overage for tensioning adjustments. Drop mechanism tested through 50 cycles before install.
Control
Full 12-minute sequence rehearsed four times with all systems active. Fabric drop tested at show speed with vehicle in position. Client approved from three guest-perspective positions.

Operational Metrics
Outcomes
- Reveal sequence executed flawlessly — fabric drop, lighting, and atmospheric systems hit all 47 cues
- Guest pacing through approach corridor achieved intended rhythm without queuing or rushing
- Client CEO described the experience as the most impactful product reveal in the brand's history
- Hangar fully restored within 5.5-hour window — 30 minutes ahead of schedule
